Hey there! 

I'm excited that you're interested in learning more about who I am and what I'm all about. So let me tell you a bit about myself and how I can help you! I’m a coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker based out of Sydney, Australia and I work online, onstage and in person. 

My expertise lies at the intersection of educational excellence, leadership development, and organisational growth. I have personally seen how in today's fast-paced world, leaders often grapple with problems that can feel beyond their ability to influence or control, like employee disengagement, low performance, departmental silos, and poor culture among their teams. These issues can derail even the most promising ventures. 

With 20 years experience in operational, team and executive leadership roles, I've had the opportunity to achieve some incredible milestones including: 

•  Overseeing the operational success of the largest annual conference in Australia, recruiting, training, and managing volunteer teams over 4000 strong year on year for 13 years. 
• Over the last decade in educational leadership, overseeing 50+ staff and delivering 2500+ training sessions, workshops, lectures, coaching sessions and keynote speeches around the world, interacting with leaders from over 65 different nations and graduating 1400+ alumni. 
• Graduating Charles Sturt University in 2019 with my Masters in Business Leadership, being included on the Executive Deans list, and graduating 'with Distinction'.
• Working as a coach with the Janine Allis Business Academy, offering guidance, facilitation and support to business owners and entrepreneurs through interactive, engaging and practical small group experiences. 

All of this experience has embedded a deep passion in me to craft engaging learning experiences that improve leadership capability and culture at every level of the organisation.
